Outpatient Behavioral Health Services

Outpatient Behavioral Health Services programs provide counseling to at-risk and high-risk youth and their families, and include the Youth Counseling Center and the Community At-Risk Services (CARS). The Youth Counseling Center has been offering assessment, crisis intervention, individual, family and group counseling, referral and follow-up services for community youth since 1972. The CARS program is designed for delinquent and pre-delinquent youth already involved with the juvenile court. Services include individual, family and group counseling, educational advocacy and paraprofessional services, such as mentoring and tutoring, to meet the needs of the youth and their families.
